Simona is the passionate baker behind Cakes by Missy. She began her training as a Chef at The Star Casino, Pyrmont in 2013 at restaurants such as Black by Ezard, Balla, Sokyo and Momofoku Seiobo and since then has immersed herself into the art of patisserie. Simona’s love for ‘All Things Sweet’ is what drives her excitement and creativity to provide a tantalising experience.
